axis syllabus work group :

Is a study room : to work on a healthy restructuring of the body . It includes self observation, observation of others, analysing both in the attempt of a better understanding of our damaging moving patterns.
to practice better understanding , theoretical and practical of how and why movement can be more efficient if we consider its anatomical parameters , if we move within those.
to understand the differences between static and dynamic exercising and why it is important to train dynamically ( weight distribution, kinetic potential, different coordination )
to reflect why are basics so important in terms of develloping the abillity for safety in more complex situation- for advanced dancers.
to see that a.s is not an aestetical vocabulary but a very technical and practical approach for better, more efficient and safer moving, ex. flying c star is the most optimal way to come from standing down to the floor and, or back up to standing, or from one side to the other ; same for using spirals cause spiral is the basic pattern direction force in the universe and is embodied in the 3dimensionality of the moving body ( attachment of the muscles , pulling up force , using sequentional movements in different planes...)
