Neverjetno....a resnično:(((

Hi all,

This is a very serious matter...
In the 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death. For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.

Does it look like art to you?

But this is not all...

The prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008.

I Don't know what part of the world you people live in but where i live there are dogs starving on the street everyday and in some regions people eat dogs. I wouldn't say what this person did was art but if the area where he did this is an area overpopulated by street dogs then perhaps his "exhibition" has some merit. forcing people to look at something they normally wouldn't makes it a "real" problem and not just something people hear about and say "oh.. isn't that horrible!" If people are made to watch an animal or even better.. A human being starve to death, then maybe those people will have a better understanding of the real problem and do something to better the situation. Perhaps it was better for this dog to die in a gallery instead of on the street where noone would have seen it. It is a horrible thing but it obviously affected those responsible for starting this stupid fucking petition. If you want to help animals there are many ways to go about it. Signing a petition and thinking that you are helping in some way is ludicris.... There are wars disease and starvation all over the world. If people saw atrocities in front of them instead of just seeing a fast clip on the news then maybe it would be more "real" and would affect people in the same manner as those affected by the starvation of the dog on the chain. Take your ipods out of your ears... and stop thinking that a petition will change anything. The pen is no longer mightier then the sword. Signing your name will not change a thing... feeding a stray or homeless animal or human might. Whoever came up with this idea for a "petition" is nothing more then a Fippie. "Fake hippie" pretending that they care. They probably have a che guevera poster on their wall and think bob marley is cool. Grow the fuck up! What kind of planet do you think we are living on???
