You could do it by yourself and announce the same announcement one more time so that it would show on the top of the opening page and delete the old one. I was careful to make the announcement so that you can still see some of the announcement below. Last week I had to do the same because you put up the announcement that took all the space of the first page and nothing below could be seen. Next time try to put the date and place in the title so that it will be seen without having to look at the whole announcement, or try to make announcements that will not take up the whole first page, but maybe half of it or even less if it is possible.
