In the aerial movement lab you will learn different techniques for warming up that will prepare your body for the execution of inverse balancing positions such as headstand, handstand and their many variations that we will work on. Second part of the workshop is dedicated to aerial fabrics (silks). You will learn various ways of climbing and descending, basic keys and its variations, twists, rolls and drops.
