The Korea band was formed in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, in 2003. Preparing the material for their records the band rehearsed and performed a lot. Their first full-length release On The Broken Wings was presented in March 2006. Later the band made the first video for their track The Poles. The Korea's second album The Pulse was released in October 2007. The band had several big tours supporting the album in Russia and CIS countries. After a long creative break the band recorded a single called The Sandman which was released online on April 9th, 2010. In awhile the band made their decision to change the name, sound and stylistic concept. That led to the change of the lead vocals. In summer 2011 The Korea got into the studio to record their third long-play The Chariots Of The Gods. November 19th the band presented their new single and music video The Chaos Theory. The album The Chariots Of The Gods will be released on January 15th. 12 sept The Korea sign with Rogue Records America and start to record new EP called Saturnus.

We’re not all born under same stars. While some grow up in utter and shitty boredom in a peaceful suburbean house, others come into being in a world where one diverts himself by releasing bulls in the streets and where the quick words for diplomacy are “ETA”. And this inevitably affects psychological development.
The Basque of THE RODEO IDIOT ENGINE are the most obvious living proof or so to speak of this and after a first EP in 2010 (” The First Fall”) and a first LP in 2011 ("Fools Will Crush The Crown") which had already triggered 4 European touring escapades, a show at the Hellfest and at the Fluff Fest and a wheelbarrow of first parts (Refused, Suicidal Tendencies, Birds In Row, Nadja, Kruger, Celeste…), the quintet have climbed few stages in musical extremism and are ready to sink in this way.
