The Gratinated Brains of Pupilia Ferkeverk (1970), featuring the Slovenian poets who constituted a collective called Pupilia Ferkeverk. The movie opens with a shot of a woman on a swing, shot at different times of day and night, and in different weather. When we think, after a minute or two, that we are going to see nothing else, other characters suddenly interject themselves, standing naked or nearly naked in the water, miming different stages of life and politics, using symbolism so abstract as to be meaningless were it not for the captions that are in Slovene and are not translated into English. The characters all conclude that the universal solution is to take LSD. The depiction of drug use, of course, got the movie banned. Too bad, because the movies real subversion is not a mention of a drug, but the depiction of civilization reduced to a cartoon level of unoriginal people standing around in the water mimicking one another and following the pointless commands of advertisers and politicians. The imagery is hilarious.

Demonstracijo bomo zaključili z množično skupščino pred BOJ ZA.

Danes, 21. decembra, bomo ob 14.00 v podporo ljudem, ki jih banke mečejo na ceste, zasedli Ministrstvo za pravosodje, ker so zakonodaja in sodišča vedno na strani lopovskih bank.

Zahtevamo odpis dolgov, uničenje notarskih zapisov in zaščito pred pogoltnimi bankami.

Pridruži se nam pred Boj zo (bivša borza) ob 13.30!

Državna televizija Severne Koreje je sporočila, da je v 69. letu starosti umrl vrhovni državni vodja Kim Jong Il. Najverjetneje ga bo nasledil njegov tretji sin Kim Jong Un.

Kim Jong Il je položaj vrhovnega voditelja komunistične Severne Koreje nasledil od svojega očeta in ustanovitelja države Kim Il Sunga, ki je umrl leta 1994. Kim Jong Il je že septembra lani določil Kim Jong Una za svojega naslednika.
